3-HR Day for Zerhusen Monday, July 8th , 2024 Kansas City left fielder Bob Zerhusen led the Dust Devils to a triumph, 8-2, over the Santa Rosa Desperados, crushing three home runs. "He's scary good when he's swinging the bat like that," said Kansas City skipper Jaden White. Indeed, Zerhusen put up some "scary good" numbers: three homers, 3 hits in 4 at-bats with 3 runs and 5 RBIs. "I'm just thinkin' about winning ballgames," Zerhusen said. "When you think about home runs, you very seldom get 'em." Bob Zerhusen hit a two-run home run off Bill Blom in the 2nd, hit a two-run home run off Bill Blom in the 4th, hit a solo-shot off Bill Blom in the 6th and flied out in the 7th. Zerhusen is currently batting .273 with 23 home runs and 53 RBIs. |
