Aguirre Touches All the Bases, Hits for Cycle Monday, July 1st , 2024 Carlos Aguirre punished the Kansas City Dust Devils, leading the Stallions to a win, 10-8. In doing so, Aguirre hit for the cycle, tagging the Dust Devils for 4 hits in 5 at-bats. A player hitting a single, a double, a triple and a home run in the same game is one of the more unusual feats in professional baseball and typically happens only a couple times per season. "Well, I didn't expect that to happen," the San Antonio right fielder said after the game. "I got some great pitches and I hit their mistakes."
