Rupp, Shull Receive 4-Game Suspensions Sunday, July 5th , 2026 There was a mass free-for-all yesterday at Ballpark of Columbus. Both dugouts emptied when Columbus's Jesse Rupp and Pueblo's Phil Shull scuffled with one another after some heated words. In an official statement today, the league commissioner suspended both parties for 4 games. Rupp is batting .268 with 7 home runs and 34 RBIs this season. For the season, Shull is 6-and-2 with no saves and a 5.98 ERA. He has given up 73 hits in 55.2 innings with 47 strikeouts. |
