Hit Parade: Johnson Pops 5 Hits Thursday, August 17th , 2023 All game long, Kansas City's Mike Johnson was rattling the walls at Jet Hawks Ballpark and banging out base hits against the Grand Rapids Jet Hawks. When the dust finally settled on the diamond, he had a 5-hit day and the Dust Devils had a win, 7-5. Speaking with reporters after his standout performance, the 21-year-old left fielder said, "Get 5 hits, win a ballgame, it's nice. I could get used to this." Mike Johnson singled in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Jose Chacon in the 3rd, singled in the 6th, singled in the 8th and hit a two-run home run off Ben Wiggins in the 9th.
