Dreadful Season Sees Playoff Hopes Dashed for Kalamazoo Thursday, August 10th , 2023 Any hopes of a playoff berth for the Kalamazoo Comets this season were already a long shot at best. But even the longshot hopes are now gone, as the team was officially eliminated from playoff contention today. This is the club's 6th playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2017. In total, the Comets have missed the playoffs 12 times in their 24-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Comets have made the playoffs 4 times. |
