Millan Named Top Reliever for N-A Friday, October 11th , 2019 He may only be 21, but Juan Millan of the Kansas City Dust Devils has already established himself as one of the elite relievers in the Northern A. The reliever was today named the N-A Reliever of the Year Award winner for 2019. He won the award with a strong year that saw him put up 11 saves in 51 relief appearances and 60 strikeouts in 78.1 innings. He had a record of 4-4 to go with his 1.61 ERA. He received 23 first place votes out of a possible 24. Adam Mesler of the Grand Rapids Jet Hawks finished second in voting with 1 first place vote, while Mark Garrett of the San Antonio Stallions finished third.
