Cottage City Mathematically Eliminated from Playoffs Sunday, July 30th , 2023 After spending most of the season well back of the division leaders, the Cottage City Cannonballers made it official today, becoming mathematically eliminated from postseason contention. The Cannonballers have missed the playoffs 17 times in their 24 years as a ABA Class-A League franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 8th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2015. In the last 10 seasons, the Cannonballers have made the playoffs 2 times. |
