Andy Devane Out for Season Thursday, July 27th , 2023 The Tampa Capitals were dealt a blow today when starting pitcher Andy Devane left the game with an undisclosed injury. The team has now revealed that Devane has suffered a stretched elbow ligament and will most likely miss the rest of the season as a result of the injury.
