Reliever Claims S-A Pitching Award Tuesday, July 1st , 2025 Tough in the clutch -- that's a bullpen specialist. And one of the best in the league is Ken Griffey of the Mexico City Aztecs. Griffey was outstanding in June and was named the Pitcher of the Month in the Southern A. Mexico City's star reliever held the opposition to a .158 average and put up 6 saves and 14 strikeouts in 10.1 innings with a 3-0 mark and a 2.61 ERA. To this point in the season Griffey has 13 saves in 19 relief appearances with a 3-1 record and 2.53 ERA. |
