Brandon Bates Lost for Season Thursday, July 20th , 2023 Doctors in Santa Rosa said Brandon Bates might not play anymore this year. The Desperados second baseman suffered a ruptured medial collateral ligament during a game against the St. Catharines Blue Jays and will be out for at least 8 months. Club officials told BNN they do not expect him to return to the team this season. This year, Bates is batting .250 with 2 home runs and 8 RBIs. |
