Snell Ups Hit Streak to 25 Consecutive Games Thursday, June 26th , 2025 Omar Snell collected 3 hits in today's game and extended his hitting streak to 25 games. His club, the Mexico City Aztecs, beat the Lake Elsinore Storm, 6-3. "Right now, when they throw me the ball, it looks the size of a softball," Snell quipped to a BNN reporter after the game. "I'm excited about how things are clicking." Omar Snell singled in the 1st, doubled in the 2nd, hit a three-run home run off Terence Beggs in the 4th, struck out in the 5th and grounded out in the 8th. This year, Snell is hitting .331 with 14 home runs and 44 RBIs in 70 games played. He also boasts an OBP of .403 with 31 walks and 59 runs scored. |
