Tropics End Largent Streak Monday, July 17th , 2023 Brad Largent's sizzling hitting streak was snapped at 23 games, as the Long Beach Keys dropped their contest with the White Deer Tropics, 4-2, at Ballpark of White Deer. Largent failed to get a hit, finishing 0-for-3. After the game Largent spoke with BNN and called his effort "quite a streak." "I just ran into some good pitching today," he said. This season in 72 games, Largent is batting .391 with 12 home runs, 38 RBIs and has scored 37 times. |
