Northern A Announces #1 Starter Sunday, September 1st , 2019 Last month was a very good one for Antonio Alvarez of Newark. So good that he has been picked as the Pitcher of the Month in the Northern A. Alvarez throttled league hitters the entire month, completing August with an impressive 4-0 mark and a 1.66 ERA in 6 starts with 26 strikeouts in 38 innings. To date this season Alvarez is 9-1 with 15 starts and an ERA of 1.17 with 69 strikeouts in 100.1 innings. |
