The numbers that Grand Rapids's Isaiah Bunton put up last week were the envy of the league, as Bunton came away with Northern A Player of the Week honors. He belted out 11 hits in 24 at-bats, 5 home runs and 12 RBIs last week as he posted his .458 batting average. For the season, Bunton is currently batting .389 with 17 home runs and 77 RBIs. In 60 games he has reached base at a .496 rate and scored 59 runs to date. |
