Weedpatch Devastated by Playoff Elimination Wednesday, September 7th , 2022 It is an "empty" feeling for members of the Weedpatch Widowmakers, according to club manager Tony Velez. That's because the team was mathematically eliminated today from playoff contention. Before this season, the Widowmakers last missed the playoffs in 2020. In the 23 years they have been a ABA Class-A League franchise, they have made the playoffs 6 times. In the last 10 seasons, the Widowmakers have made the playoffs 3 times. |
