Went Pounds N-A Pitchers This Week Monday, June 22nd , 2026 When it came to hitting the baseball, Aaron Went was in a class by himself in the Northern A this past week. Nobody did it better. The outstanding first baseman for Tampa tagged opposing pitchers for a .667 average and was voted the Player of the Week Award. Included in his stats were 12 hits in 18 at-bats, 2 homers, 6 runs scored and 7 RBIs. Thus far this year, Went has hit .443 with 5 home runs and 19 RBIs. |
