Cannonballers Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Thursday, August 13th , 2020 The Cottage City Cannonballers playoff hopes were already minuscule at best, but even those faint hopes have been dashed. The team was mathematically eliminated from the playoffs today. The Cannonballers have made the playoffs 7 times in their 21 years as a ABA Class-A League franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 5th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2015. In the last 10 seasons, the Cannonballers have made the playoffs 3 times. |
