Aggies Mathematically Out of Playoffs Monday, August 15th , 2022 After a tough year, the Atlanta Aggies have been the butt of jokes around many water coolers in the Atlanta area. There will be some new fodder for jaded fans to discuss now -- the club was officially eliminated from playoff contention today. Atlanta last appeared in the postseason in 2017. This is their 5th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 9 times in their 12-year history. Atlanta last won the World Series in 2017. |
