Comets End Day Streak Saturday, September 4th , 2021 Andrew Day's sizzling hitting streak was snapped at 21 games, as the Barrie Admirals dropped their contest with the Kalamazoo Comets, 3-1, at Wizards Stadium. Day failed to get a hit, finishing 0-for-4. After the game Day spoke with BNN and called his effort "quite a streak." "I just ran into some good pitching today," he said. Day is currently hitting at a .347 pace with 4 home runs, 31 RBIs and has scored 24 times. |
