Horne Awarded August's N-A Top Bat Prize Wednesday, September 1st , 2021 Santa Rosa Desperados fans may just have witnessed a star player blossoming before their eyes in August. Pete Horne put up a remarkable month at the age of 20 and has been named the Northern A Batter of the Month. For the month, Horne hit .392 with 10 home runs, 32 RBIs and 26 runs scored. Horne is batting .332 with 25 home runs and 74 RBIs this season. |
