Tinson Batters Weedpatch for 5 Hits Thursday, August 15th , 2019 The Barrie Admirals upended the Weedpatch Widowmakers at Widowmakers Ballpark today, thanks in large part to third baseman Joe Tinson, who had a smashing day with the bat, racking up 5 hits in 6 at-bats. His big effort helped propel the Admirals to a 12-1 victory. Joe Tinson doubled in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, doubled in the 6th, singled in the 8th and flied out in the 9th. So far this year Tinson is batting .311 with 15 home runs, 42 RBIs and 61 runs scored. |
