5-Hit Barrage by Farrand Sunday, June 8th , 2025 Rafael Farrand had an answer for everything the Fremont Ambassadors threw at him at Ballpark of Fremont. The Santa Rosa center fielder went 5-for-5 in the game to put his name in the record book and give the Desperados a win, 13-3. Summing up his batting philosophy to BNN writers after the game, Farrand said, "I just see the ball and I hit it." Rafael Farrand grounded out in the 2nd, hit a solo-shot off Matthew Walrod in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, doubled in the 5th, singled in the 7th and hit an RBI double in the 9th.
