5-Hit Barrage by Henderson Tuesday, June 20th , 2023 The St. Catharines Blue Jays stopped the Deltaville Deltas by a score of 10-0 at Engineers Ballpark, with the lion's share of the credit going to right fielder Casey Henderson. The 23-year-old had a career day, collecting 5 hits. "Every batter wants to have a quality at-bat every time he steps up to the plate," Henderson said later. "He wants to hit the ball hard." Henderson did just that in his 5 at-bats, much to the chagrin of the Deltas. "Not much that I can say," offered Deltaville manager Edgar Hernandez. "He just hammered the heck out of us." Casey Henderson doubled in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, singled in the 6th and hit a solo-shot off Jim Unknown in the 8th.
