Avelar Earns N-A Player of the Week Monday, August 9th , 2021 His hard work and hustle paid off this week. The hard-working and hard-playing Jose Avelar was rewarded with the Northern A Player of the Week honors. The scrappy San Antonio Stallions third baseman hit .433 while collecting 13 hits in 30 at-bats, 5 home runs and 10 RBIs. In the 2021 season Avelar is hitting .325 with 26 home runs. |
