Keys Mathematically Out of Playoffs Friday, August 2nd , 2019 There are many adjectives that can be used to describe the Long Beach Keys this season. Few of them are positive. And as of today, the Keys can add another descriptor -- officially eliminated from the playoffs. Long Beach last appeared in the postseason in 2013. This is their 6th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 10 times in their 20-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Keys have made the playoffs 5 times. Long Beach has won the World Series 3 times in their history. |
