Miners Corey Pope Wins N-A Award Monday, July 26th , 2021 According to the voters, Corey Pope of the Glace Bay Miners had the best week of all Northern A hitters as he was named this week's Player of the Week. The left fielder's accomplishments include 10 hits in 26 at-bats, a .385 batting average, 5 home runs, 6 RBIs and 6 runs scored. Pope is currently hitting at a .269 pace with 24 home runs and 62 RBIs. |
