Barrera Slaps 6 Hits Saturday, June 26th , 2021 Jordan Barrera was smoking all game at the plate, but couldn't finish his day with a victory cigar. After the 22-year-old Fremont Ambassadors center fielder tallied 6 hits in 8 at-bats, he was forced to watch as his club dropped the 18-17 decision to the Grand Rapids Jet Hawks. "That was no fun," Barrera said to reporters after the game. "You hate to lose any game but it's even worse somehow to feel like you did enough to win." Jordan Barrera doubled in the 1st, flied out in the 3rd, struck out in the 5th, doubled in the 7th, tripled in the 9th, singled in the 10th, singled in the 11th and hit an RBI double in the 13th.
