Cottage City Loses Mario Ramos, Will Miss Season Thursday, June 3rd , 2021 The season is apparently over for Mario Ramos. The Cottage City Cannonballers medical staff informed the club that the reliever will be out at least 5 months with an arthritic elbow. Ramos was hurt in the game against Glace Bay while throwing a pitch. The doctors did not think he would recover prior to the end of the season. So far this season, in 1 relief appearance Ramos has compiled an ERA of 8.37. He has pitched 66.2 innings, struck out 40, walked 48 and registered no saves. |
