Carver Silences Rohnert Park, 5-0 Wednesday, July 16th , 2025 In a seemingly effortless performance, Eddie Carver of the Libertyville Polecats shot down the Rohnert Park Cougars, 5-0, on 3 hits. "Eddie was just locating so well and using his pitches," Libertyville manager Armando Cerda said later. "He wasn't leaving anything over the plate." Carver recorded 7 strikeouts and no walks in a strong outing. "When he needed to make pitches, he elevated his game," Rohnert Park manager Ramiro Mendiola said in postgame comments to BNN.
