Williams Torches Bears for 5 Hits Wednesday, June 24th , 2026 It was a parade of hits for Craig Williams of the Mesa Razor Sharks at Greensboro Grounds. Connecting almost every time he went to the plate, Williams finished the day with a total of 5 hits in 5 at-bats. His strong individual effort propelled the Razor Sharks to a win, 9-1. "Williams was really good and we were really bad," groaned Bears manager Jeff Lacher. "Next time he's that hot, we'll just walk him." Craig Williams hit a GRAND SLAM off Nick Gates in the 1st, tripled in the 3rd, singled in the 6th, hit an RBI single in the 7th and singled in the 9th.
