Red-Hot Tolbert Scorches Cavalry Sunday, July 10th , 2022 Tyler Tolbert was sizzling at the plate. In a game played at Cavalry Ballpark, the Augusta left fielder blistered the St. Louis Cavalry for 5 hits in 6 at-bats to pace his club to a good 14-6 victory. "Tolbert was too tough to get out," Cavalry skipper Leo Medina said in his postgame interview. "No matter what we threw him, he hit it. And he hit some good pitches, too." Tyler Tolbert singled in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Andy Strong in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, flied out in the 7th, hit a solo-shot off Jim Unknown in the 9th and hit a three-run home run off Jim Unknown in the 9th.
