Firecats Not Competitive in 8-0 Loss to Sonoma Monday, August 30th , 2021 Mike Arnerich kept the opposition off the scoreboard and the Sonoma Scorpions were all smiles after winning, 8-0, against the Hialeah Firecats at Firecats Ballpark. The right-handed Arnerich gave up no runs in his start, permitted 1 hit, and tallied 10 strikeouts. "If there was a stat for 'team shutout,' this would be it," Arnerich said later. "My catcher called a great game, guys delivered at the plate and when I messed something up the guys behind me were where they needed to be." Arnerich has a 8-0 season record so far.
