StC Honors New Rochelle Third Baseman Monday, May 18th , 2026 When it came to hitting the baseball, Dan Scott was in a class by himself in the Stripes Conference this past week. Nobody did it better. The outstanding third baseman for New Rochelle tagged opposing pitchers for a .545 average and was voted the Player of the Week Award. Included in his stats were 12 hits in 22 at-bats, 3 homers, 6 runs scored and 8 RBIs. Scott is currently hitting at a .330 pace with 5 home runs and 19 RBIs.
