Willie Galvez Sidelined for Season Wednesday, April 10th , 2024 Willie Galvez of the Marshalls just might have to call it quits for the season. The 26-year-old Fremont first baseman received a possible season-ending injury against the Tucson Raccoons recently at Hedgehogs Ballpark. Galvez suffered a ruptured medial collateral ligament while running the bases. The Marshalls medical staff said he could be out quite some time, as much as 9 months. |
