Tucson First Baseman Hurt Friday, May 27th , 2022 When Jeff Kerner was hurt against the Randolph Prairie Thunder, the Tucson Raccoons were hopeful that the injury was not serious. However, it proved to be more severe than first thought. The 39-year-old first baseman suffered a torn labrum colliding with a player at a base in yesterday's game. Team doctors told BNN today that Kerner would miss 4 months of the season. |
