Alpers Wins Best Bat Trophy in April Friday, May 1st , 2026 Austin Alpers, the El Paso first baseman, certainly made a name for himself this past month. He banged out a .404 batting average with 23 hits, 10 home runs, 23 RBIs and scored 19 times. That kind of hitting earned him the Stars Conference Batter of the Month honors for April. |
