Joilet Takes Division Series Sunday, September 22nd , 2024 Fans at Ballpark of Joilet saw the Division Series come to a close today, as the Joilet Jesters defeated the Portland Mad Ants by a score of 8-7, and advanced to the League Championship Series. Joilet won the series 4-2 and will now continue their march toward the World Series. "It feels good to be moving on, I can't deny it," said catcher Bobby Shrader, who was named series MVP. "Not everyone thought we'd make it this far." The Joilet Jesters don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Lubbock Stampede - Fremont Marshalls series.
