AAA News: Playoffs begin Saturday, September 14th , 2024 From spring training to the last out of the regular season, it has been the goal of every GM, team, manager and player to reach the ABA Development League playoffs. They all aspire to win baseball's Holy Grail, the World Series title. Now, for the elite teams, the first steps of that journey begin in earnest with the Division Series starting today. The opening playoff series will pit these teams against one another: Lubbock Stampede vs Fremont Marshalls, Portland Mad Ants vs Joilet Jesters, Quebec Fighting Quakers vs Westwood Bruins and Orono Oaks vs Hickory Crawdads. |
