Pitcher of the Year Award Goes to Spokane Hurler Sunday, October 29th , 2023 The votes have been tabulated for the 2023 Stripes Conference Pitcher of the Year Award. It has been given to Rich Mack of the Spokane Selects, who piled up 15 wins this season with an impressive 2.71 ERA. In 29 starts Mack had a 15-7 mark with 187 strikeouts in 205.2 innings. He received 13 first place votes out of a possible 24. Heath Maughn of the Walnut Park Bobcats finished second in voting with 1 first place vote, while Matt Haselden of the Orono Oaks finished third with 5 first place votes.
