Hitting Streak Still Alive for Peck Wednesday, September 11th , 2024 Lee Peck has been ripping hits every day for a while now, and nobody seems able to stop him. The Nashville left fielder picked up 1 more today against the Baxter Springs Marshals and now has a 20-game hitting streak. The Lasers won the game, 8-7. "Definitely somebody's going to stop me at some point," he said later, chuckling. "I'll enjoy it for the time being." Lee Peck grounded out in the 1st, doubled in the 2nd, struck out in the 4th, struck out in the 5th and was hit by a pitch in the 7th. So far this year, Peck is batting .266 with 3 home runs, 23 RBIs and 24 runs scored. |
