Berger Wins Best Bat Trophy in September Thursday, October 1st , 2026 At only 25 years of age, Sam Berger could very well have many more months like this last one during his career. That would be great news for fans of the Ann Arbor Z's, as September was one to remember for the right fielder and he has captured the Stripes Conference Batter of the Month award. On the month he hit .441 with 5 home runs, 12 RBIs and 14 runs scored. Berger is currently hitting at a .284 pace with 14 home runs, 62 RBIs and has scored 46 times. |
