Spokane Devastated by Playoff Elimination Friday, September 18th , 2026 The Spokane Selects players and coaches held a closed-door meeting today after the club was eliminated from postseason contention. "We just wanted to talk about the season and where we are right now and how we get to our ultimate goal," said a dejected Tim Surber. "We don't want to have this feeling next season." This is the club's 3rd playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2023. In total, the Selects have missed the playoffs 18 times in their 27-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Selects have missed the playoffs 6 times. |
