Farrell Grabs SC Reliever of the Year Award Thursday, October 26th , 2023 Justin Farrell said he thinks hitters often underestimate him, as he's only 25 years old. But he'll certainly be getting a lot more respect now, as the Glendale Muskies rising star has won the Stars Conference Reliever of the Year Award for 2023. He captured the award on the strength of his 2.32 ERA over 73.2 innings. He also had 1 save in 47 relief appearances, 81 strikeouts and only 29 walks. He received 20 first place votes out of a possible 24. Ivan Medina of the Glendale Muskies finished second in voting with 1 first place vote, while Clark Estes of the Portland Mad Ants finished third.
