McElwain Captures SC Batter of Month Award Monday, September 1st , 2025 Portland Mad Ants fans believe they've got a talented young star in Jonathan McElwain. He did nothing to dissuade that notion in August, as he hit .262 with 6 home runs, 17 RBIs and 17 runs scored. The end result was the designated hitter being named the Stars Conference Batter of the Month. In this current campaign McElwain is hitting at a .291 clip with 32 home runs and 93 RBIs. |
