Razor-Sharp Espinoza Blanks Palm Springs Monday, August 25th , 2025 In a remarkable performance, Walnut Park Bobcats starter Tony Espinoza beat the Palm Springs Heat, 4-0, in an impressive 4-hit shutout. "My arm felt good, mechanics were good and my stuff was working," he said later. "It doesn't get any better than this." The Bobcats hurler finished with 6 strikeouts and 1 walk. He showed pinpoint control and a sharp fastball. "It was a rough one for my guys," Palm Springs manager Rogelio Sanchez said, following the game. "We weren't at our best and their guy was."
