July's Best SC Hitter is Jonathan McElwain Friday, August 1st , 2025 Jonathan McElwain made his presence known as one of the best young stars in the Stars Conference this past month. The Portland Mad Ants designated hitter shined through the month of July and has won the Batter of the Month award. The 23-year-old hit .336 with 8 home runs, 26 RBIs and 22 runs scored. McElwain is currently hitting at a .299 pace with 26 home runs, 76 RBIs and has scored 73 times. |
