Stripes Conference West Division Champs Crowned: Hickory Crawdads Thursday, September 10th , 2026 Josh Reed said it takes "a lot of dedication and sacrifice" to win a division title. That's why he and his Hickory Crawdads teammates were so excited to celebrate their Stripes Conference West Division championship today. "It's been a team effort all year long," he said. "You don't get to this point without the guys in the room believing in what we're doing." That belief has paced the club to a 82-54 record on the season. It is the club's 5th Stripes Conference West Division championship and puts them in position for their 1st ABA Development League championship. "It's a talented bunch in that room," manager Ray Sanchez said pointing to his celebrating players. "I wouldn't bet against us." |
