Kreisle Stretches Hit String to 20 Tuesday, August 20th , 2024 The number just keeps getting higher. Lubbock second baseman Josh Kreisle has now extended his hitting string to 20 games. He did it today with 1 hit in 4 at-bats as the Lubbock won the game, 4-3, over the Laredo Ghosts at Ghosts Ballpark. "Who knows how long it will go on?" Laredo manager Josh Miller said. "He's certainly tough to pitch to right now." Josh Kreisle flied out in the 1st, struck out in the 4th, flied out in the 6th and singled in the 7th. Currently Kreisle is batting .392 with 11 home runs and 31 RBIs. |
