Glendale's Alleyne Snaps Up Player of the Week Monday, August 31st , 2026 When it came to hitting the baseball, Ray Alleyne was in a class by himself in the Stars Conference this past week. Nobody did it better. The outstanding center fielder for Glendale tagged opposing pitchers for a .529 average and was voted the Player of the Week Award. Included in his stats were 9 hits in 17 at-bats, 3 homers, 4 runs scored and 4 RBIs. Alleyne is hitting .225 so far this season with 38 RBIs and 32 runs scored.
