The numbers that Hickory's Chris Boyd put up last week were the envy of the league, as Boyd came away with Stripes Conference Player of the Week honors. He belted out 12 hits in 23 at-bats, 1 home run and 4 RBIs last week as he posted his .522 batting average. So far in 2026 Boyd is batting .299 with 13 home runs, 39 RBIs and 33 runs scored.
